Not recognizing the title, he asked who was in it. I said Robert DeNiro. He asked "Who is Robert DeNiro?" I responded, "He is one of today's preeminent actors. I would watch Robert DeNiro read the phone book." He asked, "What's a phone book?" I took my deposit slip and left.

I just had the distinct honor and genuine privilege of shaking Seth Irwin's hand. He and wife Leslye were in Shea's last night. I have admired him from afar for his frank observations and unblinking lack of political correctness. I asked Kim many times if I could put it out there like Seth does. She said No. Why not? NO! Why, why, why? Because we have a business in Leander so you can't talk like that. Well. So anyway, I live vicariously through my new BFF, Seth Irwin.
